Come and participate in the Poster competition for the 2012 Annual Spring
Meeting. Tthe application and instructions for this year's
competition are attached. Please read all instructions carefully because there are a few
changes.
1st change:
I would like to try to send all applications and abstracts via
email because it is faster. Please send your abstract to me by March 30th to
my email address: tepauken@comcast.net. If you are unable to send this
information via email please feel free to mail it to me, my address is on
the attached application. Please keep in mind I must receive all abstracts
by March 30th. I will not accept any abstracts or applications after this
date. Once I receive your abstract I will email you back within 24 hours to
let you know I received your information.
2nd change:
The poster competition will NOT be pace approved this year.
However, you will have specific times to present your poster and you will
only have to miss one (1) session.
3rd change:
The poster competition will be held during the last two
sessions in the afternoon on Wednesday, with the awards ceremony being held
on Thursday.
I will be contacting all of you who will be participating during the first
week of April to let you know what time to report to the poster competition.
